Exchanges and Returns Policy
Ooops! Is something wrong with your order? Let us know within 30 days and we will make it right or give you a refund. Returned items must be received in clean, salable condition.
To submit a return or exchange request:
Go to “My Account”
Click on “Completed Orders”
Click on “Return Items”
Fill out the form and submit your request. We will send you instructions ASAP!
We make every effort to ship all in-stock items within 10 business days of receipt of your order. Please note that credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
Using the email address which you give us, we will notify you when your order ships, or if an item is temporarily out of stock.
All purchases are shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS). If ordering gifts for a special event or holiday, please allow 7 days for delivery. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping once the order has left the Museum.
