It is a beautiful picture on quality poster paper. I am going to mat and frame it for my wall. I have the HO version of this train.

For Our 3 Year Old Grandson and Poppy

Posted by Barbara M Bourne on 2nd Nov 2017

My 3 year old grandson LOVES trains and the 611! We bought him a large "Table Book" of trains and he went through and showed us every 611 in the book. I was thrilled to find this photo of the 611 crossing the James because not only does he love the train, he will be the 4th generation to be paddling the James! I have already frame it and it will be part of his Christmas. His Daddy and Mama are hoping to bring him to your Museum soon! He will Love LOve LOVE it! The second one I purchased will hang in "Poppy's computer room."

    Best We Have

We have several J-Class pictures in our N&W train room. Once we saw this one, we had to frame it & find a prime location for it to hang. For us, the frame is distinctive dark cherry, almost Tuscan Red, to bring forward the engine colors. Very sharp!

    Just like it was

This is a classic steam locomotive scene crossing an equally classic railroad bridge . Just doesn't get any better than this.
