PROTECTING YOUR PRIVACY

The Virginia Museum of Transportation, Inc. takes all reasonable precautions to protect your sensitive information. You may browse our Museum Store website without registering or submitting any personally identifiable information. However, in order to have access to certain features such as ordering from our Store, subscribing to the Museum’s e-mail newsletter, or enrolling as a member, you must register with us online.

The Museum Store at the Virginia Museum of Transportation, Inc. will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We will not share your postal or email addresses with anyone else without your approval. 

Subsequent to your order, the Museum Store and/or the Virginia Museum of Transportation, Inc., may use your address information to send you correspondence or email promotions from the Museum. If you wish, you can opt-out at any time. We will not call you regarding promotions. All other information you provide when ordering is used solely for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing your order, we may use your contact information in order to notify you. 

We may compile statistics about our visitors, customers, sales, traffic patterns, or related data, but these statistics will not include any personal identifying information.
